With over 30 years in the Title industry, Tom Schwiebert serves as Vice President for Chicago Title Company’s Major Accounts division in Southern California. These Major Accounts are comprised of the Commercial, Builder Services, and Time Share divisions.
Tom began his career with Chicago Title Company in 1984, and garners much success by providing consistent, superior service. Tom gains a deep understanding of his clients’ needs and works diligently to help navigate timely solutions that provide valuable results. Tom especially thrives in handling and resolving complex transactions.

Tom is very active in his community, and is a Founding Member of Citizens for SDPD SWAT. Within the industry, Tom served as the 2010 Board President for BIA Cares. He has received recognition as a President’s Club recipient, and earned the 2004 Exceptional Service Award.
Tom attended the University of Arizona. He is a member of Building Industry Association (BIA), the Commercial Real Estate Development Association (NAIOP), and the Greater Sales and Marketing Council.
Tom resides in San Diego, where he enjoys spending time with his two grandchildren.
