Ryan Huntsman is a Vice President and Manager at Chicago Title Company out of the National Commercial Services office in Newport Beach, CA. With a demonstrated history of experience in multiple asset classes, the Huntsman Team specializes in complex, high-liability commercial transactions nationwide.
Ryan was an integral part of launching Chicago Title National Hospitality Group, a committed national platform that solely serves the hotel sector. Led by hotel industry veteran Steven L. Senft, clients now have a dedicated tenured team including our newest team member, Stephanie Zapalac.
As the 3rd generation of settlement service providers in Southern California, Ryan has an impressive network of the industry’s top owners across the country. Ryan came back to Chicago Title Company in 2015 after Fidelity National Title acquired his escrow company. Ryan greatly enjoys the large national footprint and ancillary services available to his clients. Ryan’s success has helped him grow a team to further enhance his client support and network. Jaclyn Estabrook comes to the team with 15 years in the real estate industry and extensive experience in CRE marketing.

Ryan received a bachelor’s degree from the University of San Diego in global communications with a minor in non-profit business management. Ryan has served on the board of directors of Boys Hope Girls Hope of Southern California, a faith-based organization dedicated to foster care and scholastic achievement, for the last 21 years and currently serves as the Chairman of the Board.
He currently lives in Newport Beach with his wife, son, and daughter and is an avid golfer, surfer, and musician.
