With over 35 years in the title insurance industry, Peter Klein brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to his clients and transactions. As Vice President of Chicago Title’s Developer Services Division, Peter specializes in land subdivisions and builder services, providing the necessary underwriting and coordination for these complicated projects. As part of the Major Accounts division, Peter is able to offer local, national and international title insurance products as needed.

Peter and his team of highly trained technicians work efficiently with clients on land acquisition processing, new construction and sale-out transaction needs. Peter has a Bachelor of Science degree from San Fernando Valley State College where he majored in Business Administration and minored in Finance. He is also a member of the Building Industry Association (BIA).
