Amy Katcherian serves as Vice President, Commercial Underwriting Counsel for Fidelity National Title Group, providing underwriting guidance on commercial real estate transactions nationwide. Her background in title litigation gives her an edge in assessing legal disputes and complex title matters quickly and accurately. Colleagues and customers know her for finding workable solutions to difficult title questions in a timely manner.
With more than 16 years in the title industry, Amy began her career with Fidelity in New York City in 2010 before returning to Southern California, where she now supports customers across the country on a variety of underwriting issues. She credits close collaboration with FNTG's accomplished team of title and escrow professionals, along with a habit of asking the right questions early, as the keys to positive outcomes for customers.

Amy is licensed to practice law in California and New York. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Notre Dame Law School in 2004 and her undergraduate degree from UCLA in 2001, where she double-majored in Political Science and Communications.
Born and raised in Irvine, California, Amy is a proud mother of two boys. Outside of work, she enjoys reading fiction, drinking strong coffee, and spending time with her family.
