Melinda Gile is a Vice President of Chicago Title Insurance Company and is responsible for closing transactions totaling approximately 5 billion dollars annually, specializing in single-site and multi-site commercial and industrial properties on a national basis.
Melinda interfaces with principles, lenders and law firms on hundreds of complex real estate transactions across the country, including large scale acquisitions, refinances, multi-site/multiple-state portfolios, and data center transactions.
