Kristen joined the title industry nearly 35 years ago and has not looked back since. Over the course of her career, she held national accounts, operational, and managerial positions before finding her true passion in underwriting. In her current role, Kristen oversees underwriting for multi-site and multi-state transactions for Fidelity National Financials’ National Commercial Services (NCS) western operations.
Kristen has underwritten title insurance in excess of $1B for significant projects throughout the nation. Although well-versed in all areas of real estate, Kristen’s niche is in commercial transactions including development, construction loans, health care, low income (bond, tax credit, HUD), office, and industrial.
Having worked alongside attorneys, investors, principals, brokers, and other industry stakeholders for most of her career, Kristen has developed an adept understanding of the needs of each client. She and her team alike are committed to finding solutions for all parties involved in the transactions they handle.

Kristen is a Southern California native. She was raised in Irvine and attended San Diego State University, where she obtained her degree in Business Finance. In her free time, Kristen enjoys an active and engaged lifestyle of travel, hiking, and spending time with family and friends.
