Kelly McDole is the Vice President, National Business Unit with over 28 years of experience in a wide variety of areas relating to commercial real estate including title insurance, real estate, lending, and transaction management. Her experience includes the review, draft and comment of all documents pertaining to complex, high liability commercial transactions and the administration of compliance with the company’s policies as it applies to title and transaction management matters. Kelly is involved in producing title insurance policies and required endorsements designed specifically for unique transactions including Certificates of Participation, Leasehold and Sub-leased Estates, hospitals, shopping centers, apartment complexes, Indian lands, Mineral Estates and Easement Estates. She advises appropriate parties by providing detailed reasons for title issues and obtaining documents needed to clear title.
