Kathryn Wood launched her escrow career in 2001 after receiving her B.A. degree in Liberal Studies from California State University, Fullerton. She launched a new chapter at Chicago Title in July of 2021 after serving 20 years with the First American National Commercial Services and Corporate Underwriting teams. Kathryn specializes in closing commercial transactions, both on the local and national stage. From basic land transactions to complex multi-site transactions and everything in between, her professionalism and experience is what you need to get your transaction closed effectively and efficiently.

Kathryn currently resides in Huntington Beach, CA with her life partner Randy. She loves God, our country, and finds enjoyment and relaxation through music and dance.
