John W. Adams is Senior Vice President, Operations with Chicago Title and serves out of the Newport Beach, California office. Specializing in commercial and builder services, he is focused on assisting with a successful closing in local and national transactions. John is known for his integrity and hard work, and strives to be solution-oriented with all transactions he handles. John’s natural ability to interact with clients is complemented by his tireless work ethic and passion for meeting and connecting people.

With over 19 years of experience in title and escrow, John has been involved in many industry groups. He has been deeply involved with the philanthropic arm of the Building Industry Association at the state, regional, and local chapters and was awarded BIA Associate of the Year. He is also is a past president of the Inland Empire HomeAid as well as the Greens & Streams charitable division for LLUCH.
Before pursuing a career at Chicago Title, John played professional football for a few years after attending Brigham Young University. He currently resides in Southern California.
