John Premac has been in the title industry for over 30 years, bringing his expansive knowledge to the Chicago Title National Commercial Services division as a senior vice president, commercial national accounts. He works with a portfolio of clients in a diverse variety of industries, and enjoys problem solving on behalf of his clients. John thrives on being the point person for all client services which includes title origination, delivery coordination for single site and portfolio sales and loans, customer service requests and account management. His attention to detail, combined with his motivation and enthusiasm for the job, have been driving forces in his success. He enjoys being a part of the Chicago Title national team utilizing the company’s industry leading financials and massive network as a backbone to interact and smoothly close client transactions.

Actively a part of the commercial real estate industry, John holds a board position with NAIOP and is an active member of ICSC. John was born in Germany and grew up in Colorado Springs. He attended Colorado State University and received his B.A. in Public Relations and Technical Journalism. John resides in Orange County, where traveling, skiing and playing guitar are a few of his favorite hobbies.
