A Southern California native, David grew up in Cypress and now lives in Newport Beach, where he enjoys distance swimming, good food and wine, and “having fun along the way.” He is a proud father to two adult sons, Alex and Mitchell, and has an accomplished personal history as a national champion distance runner, competitive masters open‑water swimmer, helicopter pilot, and rescue scuba diver.
