A southern California native, Colleen Cantlay attended undergraduate and graduate school at the University of Southern California graduating with a master’s in business Administration. She began her career in escrow in 1993 and with her husband, Steve Cantlay, owned and operated an independent escrow company for 30 years. They joined the Chicago Title National Commercial Escrow Services team this year. Colleen’s specialty is Bulk Sales, the transfer of businesses.
