Chris Ghio serves as a Vice President and is a Sales Executive along with being the Manager of the Commercial Sales Operation for Chicago Title in San Diego. Chris facilitates all aspects of the title and escrow process and specializes in commercial, industrial, multifamily, retail, new home, resale, and multi-site, multi-state transactions. Chris has been with Chicago Title for over 37 years.

I take great enjoyment in my clients knowing I will do everything possible for them when a challenging issue arises. I’m surrounded by a superior network of title industry professionals, and I truly enjoy working in this industry.

He does this by gaining a deep understanding of his client’s needs and working diligently to be an integral part of their team. With his honest and sincere work ethic, it comes as no surprise that Chris has earned the Million Dollar Sales Award every year since 1996.

Chris is a third-generation San Diegan who went to Point Loma High School, the same school his mother and children attended. Chris earned his Bachelor of Science of Science degree in Public Administration from the University of Southern California and is an avid fan of the Trojans and San Diego Padres. Chris and his family enjoy everything San Diego has to offer, especially outdoor sports and water activities.
