Chad specializes in self-storage, agriculture, multifamily, industrial, and office transactions. He is a strong team player, and he attributes some of his successes to the mentors he had the opportunity to learn from along the way.

A California native, Chad was born in Walnut Creek, raised in Pleasant Hill, and is currently residing back in Walnut Creek. If he is not working with a client, you can find Chad outdoors; hunting, fishing, backpacking, mountain biking, playing soccer or spending time with his wife and kids.
