Ben Maggard has worked in commercial real estate for over a decade. He is AVP, National Account Manager of Chicago Title’s National Commercial Services division in California. Ben joined Chicago Title in 2016 and has been a valuable addition to the team. He plays a crucial role in his clients’ transactions and prides himself in his work ethic. His responsiveness and professional service has given his clients a sense of confidence in entrusting him with their business. Ben grew up in Orange County and attended Corona del Mar High School where he was a multi-sport athlete and received the player of the year award in baseball in 2005. The following year, he joined the baseball team at Chapman University where he attended college and graduated with Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Ben currently resides in Costa Mesa with his wife and two sons. He enjoys playing golf, going to the beach, and spending time with his friends and family.
